Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz dairy-free cream cheese
½ cup dairy-free ranch dressing
½ cup buffalo sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup dairy-free mozzarella shreds
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
3. Spread mixture into baking dish and top with mozzarella shreds.
4. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbling. Broil for 2 more minutes for browning, if desired.
5. Let cool slightly and serve hot with chips or veggies.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
Add more buffalo sauce if you like it spicier.
Top with green onions or chopped cilantro for added freshness.
