Ingredients
12 oz rigatoni
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. In a separate pot, cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
