Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup chicken broth
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken bites and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the same pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and stir. Let simmer gently until thickened.
4. Whisk in grated parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Return cooked chicken to the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors. Sprinkle parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the garlic or it will turn bitter.
