Ingredients

12 ounces egg noodles

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), crushed

4 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, just until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

3. Add the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese to the creamy mixture. Stir to combine.

4. Gently fold in the cooked egg noodles until well coated.

5. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

6. In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the casserole.

7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling at the edges.
