Ingredients
8 oz pasta shells
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
to taste salt and pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer while stirring.
5. Lower heat and add shredded pepper jack cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
6. Toss cooked pasta and diced chicken into the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve warm, garnished with crispy bacon and chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly shredded pepper jack cheese for the best melt.
Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to restore creaminess.
