Ingredients
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
2 cups salted peanuts
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
1 ½ cups peanut butter chips
2 pounds white almond bark, broken into chunks
Instructions
1. Add the peanuts to the bottom of a crockpot in an even layer.
2. Layer the semi-sweet chips, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and almond bark on top. Do not stir.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours without lifting the lid.
4. Once melted, stir everything gently to combine.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax or parchment paper.
6. Let the clusters set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
7. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
Use a 5–6 quart slow cooker to avoid overflowing.
Do not overcook—check after 2 hours and stir gently.
