Ingredients
1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs
1/2 cup honey
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch optional
2 tablespoons water optional for slurry
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, ketchup, and soy sauce until smooth and well combined.
2. Place frozen meatballs into the crockpot and spread them evenly.
3. Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs, making sure they are fully coated.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
5. If you want a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
6. Once the sauce is thick and glossy, gently stir and serve warm with your favorite sides or as an appetizer.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a slight kick.
Fresh meatballs can be used but should be browned first to hold their shape.
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
