Description

This dill pickle cream cheese spread is tangy, creamy, and packed with fresh dill and garlic. Perfect as a bagel spread, veggie dip, or appetizer for pickle lovers! A savory cream cheese dip with bold flavor, ideal for parties or meal prep.


Ingredients

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

3 medium dill pickles, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon pickle juice

1 pinch salt, to taste


Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.

2. Finely chop the dill pickles and fresh dill.

3. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chopped pickles, dill, garlic powder, pickle juice, and salt until smooth.

4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This spread is perfect for bagels, crackers, or wraps.
