Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
6 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups Catalina dressing
3 cups nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
Instructions
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned.
2. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until well combined.
3. While the beef simmers, chop the lettuce and tomatoes.
4. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and seasoned beef.
5. Add Catalina dressing and toss gently to coat.
6. Crush the Doritos slightly and sprinkle them over the salad just before serving.
