Ingredients
2 cod fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
0.75 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
2. Brush cod fillets lightly with olive oil.
3. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Season both sides of the fillets.
4. Press fillets into panko breadcrumbs to coat all sides evenly.
