Description

Easy Boursin Chicken is a creamy skillet chicken dinner made with garlic and herb Boursin cheese, seared chicken breasts, and a rich sauce. This one-pan meal is quick, comforting, and perfect for weeknight dinners. Serve it with pasta, mashed potatoes, or your favorite veggies for a complete meal.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth, scraping the pan to release flavorful bits.

4. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and Boursin cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.

5. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over each piece. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.

6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

If the sauce thickens too much upon reheating, add a splash of broth or cream.
