Ingredients

2 large eggs

1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon; set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.

5. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.

6. Arrange on the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.

7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.

Notes

Let cookies rest on the baking sheet before transferring—they finish baking with residual heat.
