Easy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are the perfect weeknight dinner—creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and cheesy goodness all rolled into comforting lasagna spirals. This dish is packed with flavor and easy to make using rotisserie chicken. Great for family dinners, meal prep, or freezer meals.
Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, rinse under cool water, and lay flat on parchment or clean surface.
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan, 3/4 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
4. Spread chicken-ricotta mixture evenly onto each noodle. Roll up and place seam-side down in the dish.
5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more until golden and bubbly.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Use traditional lasagna noodles for best rolling results.
Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saver in this recipe.
Add sautéed spinach or mushrooms to the filling for a veggie boost.
