Description

Easy Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie is a festive appetizer perfect for holidays and gatherings. This baked brie recipe combines creamy cheese, tart cranberry sauce, crunchy pecans, and a hint of sweetness. It’s easy to make, serves a crowd, and always impresses.


Ingredients

1 wheel brie (710 oz)

1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)

Crackers, crostini, or sliced apples (for serving)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a small baking dish.

2. Place the brie wheel in the center. Lightly score the top rind in a criss-cross pattern if desired.

3. Spoon the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the brie.

4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberries and gently press them into the top.

5. Drizzle maple syrup or honey over everything.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is softened and just beginning to ooze.

7. Remove from oven and rest for 2–3 minutes.

8. Garnish with fresh rosemary if using and serve immediately with crackers or fruit.

Notes

Serve the brie while hot and gooey for the best experience.

Use a wheel with rind intact to hold the cheese together as it bakes.

To toast the pecans, sauté them in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes before topping.
