Description

This Easy Eggnog Fudge is the perfect holiday dessert combining creamy white chocolate, rich eggnog, and warm spices. A festive, no-bake fudge recipe that’s simple to make and ideal for gifting, parties, or cozy nights in. Great for Christmas treats, edible gifts, and winter dessert platters.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk

½ cup eggnog

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, eggnog, and butter. Stir until smooth and melted.

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nutmeg.

4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

5. Sprinkle a little extra nutmeg on top if desired.

6. Let the fudge cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.

7. Once set, lift using parchment and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

This fudge can be frozen for up to two months.

Use full-fat eggnog for the best flavor and texture.

Add festive sprinkles or a dash of cinnamon for extra flair.
