Ingredients
24 oz frozen meatballs
1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, chopped
1 lb carrots, sliced
1 large onion, diced
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
2 tablespoons water (for slurry, optional)
Instructions
1. Place frozen meatballs at the bottom of a slow cooker or Dutch oven.
2. Add chopped potatoes, sliced carrots, and diced onion over the meatballs.
3. Pour beef broth over the ingredients until just covered.
4. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
5. For slow cooker: cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
6. For oven: cover and roast at 325°F for 2.5 to 3 hours.
7. (Optional) To thicken gravy: mix cornstarch with water and stir into pot. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
8. Serve warm with parsley if desired.
