Description

This Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Recipe is the ultimate creamy and bold weeknight dinner. Tender chicken bites are seared in garlic butter, then coated in a spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce that’s rich and comforting. Perfect over pasta, rice, or even on its own, this 30-minute chicken dinner is packed with flavor and ideal for anyone craving a creamy, spicy, and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts or thighs

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp Cajun seasoning (plus extra for sauce)

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt additional butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and more Cajun seasoning to taste.

5. Return chicken to skillet and toss in the sauce. Add cooked pasta if desired and stir until combined.

6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan or parsley.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the chicken — it should be juicy inside.

Taste the Alfredo sauce before serving and adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.

To lighten the sauce, you can substitute half of the heavy cream with milk.
