Ingredients
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup marshmallow cream
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt until well blended.
3. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
4. Spoon dollops of marshmallow cream over the chocolate. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl gently for a marbled look.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
6. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.
7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate chips for a smoother fudge.
Let the fudge sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
Customize the flavor by swirling in peanut butter, caramel, or flavored marshmallow.
