Description

Easy Snicker Apple Salad is a quick no-bake dessert with crisp apples, fluffy Cool Whip, and chunks of Snickers candy bars. This creamy apple salad recipe is perfect for potlucks, picnics, and sweet cravings. It combines tart Granny Smith apples with chocolate, caramel, and whipped topping for a crowd-favorite treat.

Ingredients

3 Granny Smith apples

4 Snickers bars

1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)

1 package vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk the vanilla instant pudding mix with milk until thickened. Let it sit for 2 minutes.

2. Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Chop apples into bite-sized pieces and dice Snickers bars. Set aside a few Snickers chunks for garnish.

4. Fold the chopped apples and Snickers into the pudding mixture until evenly coated.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and meld the flavors.

6. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with extra Snickers pieces.

Notes

Use tart apples like Granny Smith to balance the sweetness.

Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.

Add caramel drizzle just before serving to avoid it soaking in.
