Description

This Easy Tuscan Garlic Chicken Bites recipe is creamy, garlicky, and packed with bold Italian flavor. Made with chicken breast or thighs, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Parmesan in a luscious garlic cream sauce, this one-pan dinner is quick, low carb, and absolutely delicious. Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast or thighs

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup baby spinach

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Let it cook for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly.

6. Add spinach and stir until wilted.

7. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce. Simmer for 2 more minutes.

8. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or bread.

Notes

This dish serves 4 people generously.

To reheat, use a skillet on low heat with a splash of cream.

Avoid freezing; the sauce may separate upon thawing.
