Description

Ingredients

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

3 large eggs

2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, sliced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Heat a skillet with oil and scramble the eggs, then remove and set aside.

2. Sauté garlic and green onions until fragrant.

3. Add rice and fry briefly before stirring.

4. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.

5. Return eggs, season, and cook one more minute.

Notes

Cold leftover rice works best for fried rice.

Adjust soy sauce to taste depending on brand.
