8 ounces bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 ½ cups fresh raspberries
Instructions

4. Pour ganache into cooled tart shell and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Arrange fresh raspberries over the ganache in a neat or scattered pattern.
6. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours until fully set.
7. Slice with a sharp knife and serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate bars for the best ganache texture.
The tart can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge overnight.
Add a layer of raspberry jam under the ganache for an extra fruity twist.
