Description
This Festive Holiday Antipasto Cream Cheese Log is the ultimate no-cook appetizer for Christmas parties and gatherings. Made with cream cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and salami, it’s a savory holiday cheese log full of antipasto flavor. Perfect with crackers, crostini, or veggies!
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped salami
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with chopped salami, sun-dried tomatoes, green olives, kalamata olives, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
2. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Use the wrap to roll and mold it tightly, twisting the ends.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
4. Unwrap the chilled log and roll it in chopped fresh parsley. Optionally, press extra chopped sun-dried tomatoes and olives on the outside.
5. Place on a serving platter with crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette and serve.
Notes
Let cream cheese soften for easier mixing.
Reserve some antipasto toppings to decorate the outside.
Wrap leftovers tightly; they keep well in the fridge for 4 days.
