Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
3. Add in cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Stir until the batter becomes thick and smooth.
4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing. For cleaner cuts, allow to cool completely.
