Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 packet French onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter (cut into small pieces)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain the fat and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, uncooked rice, French onion soup mix, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
5. Bake covered for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
6. Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, and dot with butter.
7. Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
8. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving for best texture.
