Description

Garlic Butter Beef & Spinach Tortellini is a savory and creamy one-skillet meal loaded with tender cheese tortellini, flavorful ground beef, spinach, and garlic butter sauce. This easy dinner recipe is perfect for cozy nights and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

10 ounces cheese tortellini

2 cups fresh spinach

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add cheese tortellini and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir gently to coat and cook for 5–6 minutes or according to package directions.

4. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet along with the fresh spinach. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until spinach is wilted.

5. Turn off heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh or refrigerated tortellini for best texture.

Add a pinch of crushed red pepper for a spicy kick.

Double the recipe if feeding more than four people.
