Description

Garlic Butter Chicken with Velvety Parmesan Linguine is a rich, creamy weeknight dinner idea made with tender chicken cutlets, garlicky butter, and a parmesan cream sauce tossed with linguine pasta. Perfect comfort food that’s fast, flavorful, and satisfying.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

12 ounces linguine pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts horizontally to create thin cutlets. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

4. In the same skillet, add more butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.

5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Let simmer until thickened. Add reserved pasta water if needed.

6. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until coated. Return chicken to pan and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor and texture.

Don’t overcook the garlic; it can turn bitter quickly.

Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for a flavor boost and color.
