Description

Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are a luxurious seafood dinner you can easily make at home. This broiled lobster recipe is rich with garlic butter, lemon juice, and smoky paprika. Perfect for holidays, romantic dinners, or special occasions.

Ingredients

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the middle.

2. Gently pull the meat out to rest on top of the shell, still attached at the base.

3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

4. Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

5. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.

6. Preheat broiler to high and place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

7. Brush garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.

8. Broil for 8–10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and lightly browned on top.

9. Spoon remaining garlic butter over the hot tails.

10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use cold water lobster tails for better texture and flavor.

Let the garlic butter sit a few minutes to deepen its flavor.

Don’t overbroil—lobster cooks quickly and can dry out fast.
