Description

A rich and hearty dish, Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Loaded Cheddar Alfredo Shells combines tender seared steak with creamy cheddar Alfredo pasta and smoky bacon. This steak and pasta dinner is the ultimate comfort food with restaurant-style flavor, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions. Keywords: garlic butter steak bites, cheddar Alfredo shells, steak and pasta recipe, easy comfort food, cheesy pasta dinner.

Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tbsp salted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

12 oz shell pasta

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste

Instructions

1. Cut the steak into small bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.

2. In a hot skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sear the steak in batches until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

3. Lower the heat, add 2 more tablespoons of butter, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Pour garlic butter over the steak bites.

4. Boil shell pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

5. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.

6. Stir the pasta into the sauce until fully coated. Add crispy bacon and black pepper. If needed, use reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.

7. Serve a generous helping of cheddar Alfredo shells, topped with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with extra parmesan or parsley if desired.

Notes

Use freshly minced garlic for maximum flavor.

Let steak come to room temperature before searing for even cooking.

Reserve a bit of pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency.
