2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Flatten slightly for even cooking.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
