Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta is a bold, creamy comfort meal combining juicy steak, a rich Alfredo base, Cajun spice, and spiral pasta. This steak Alfredo recipe delivers restaurant-style flavor with quick weeknight ease.

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cubed

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp butter

12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and a bit more Cajun seasoning. Cook until the sauce is smooth and thickened.

5. In a separate pot, cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving a bit of pasta water.

6. Toss the cooked pasta into the Alfredo sauce, adding a splash of reserved water if needed to loosen the sauce.

7. Stir in the seared steak bites and cook for a couple more minutes until everything is hot.

8. Serve immediately, topped with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Use a well-marbled cut like ribeye or sirloin for the most tender bites.

Don’t overcook the garlic; it should be fragrant, not browned.

Save a splash of pasta water to help emulsify and smooth out the Alfredo sauce.
