Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta is a creamy, bold, and easy weeknight dinner recipe packed with juicy steak bites, Cajun-spiced Alfredo sauce, and tender pasta. Perfect comfort food for spicy pasta lovers.

Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

10 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet and sear steak bites in batches until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

3. Lower heat and melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Return steak to coat in garlic butter, then remove again.

4. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water and drain.

5. In a separate pan, heat heavy cream with remaining Cajun seasoning over medium heat. Simmer, then whisk in Parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy and smooth.

6. Add pasta to the sauce and mix. Use reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.

7. Fold in the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality steak like ribeye or sirloin for best flavor.

Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure the steak sears properly.

To reheat, add a splash of milk or cream to restore the sauce’s texture.
