Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites with Hot Cajun Alfredo & Crispy Spinach Twists is the ultimate chicken dinner idea loaded with flavor. Crispy parmesan-coated chicken paired with spicy creamy Alfredo and golden puff pastry spinach twists creates a show-stopping meal. Perfect for weeknight dinners or game-day entertaining.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or Italian-style)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 cup fresh spinach

1 sheet puff pastry

1 egg

(optional: extra Parmesan for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, pat dry, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. In a bowl, toss chicken with Parmesan and breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

4. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in Cajun seasoning. Cook 30 seconds, then add heavy cream while stirring.

5. Let the Alfredo sauce simmer for 4–5 minutes until thickened. Add Parmesan and stir until smooth.

6. Thaw puff pastry if frozen. Sauté spinach lightly and spread it over the pastry. Fold and cut into strips.

7. Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until golden.

8. Plate chicken bites with Cajun Alfredo and crispy spinach twists. Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve hot.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for a juicier bite.

Add a splash of cream when reheating Alfredo.

Try air frying chicken bites for extra crunch.
