Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is the ultimate comfort food made with tender chicken, garlic, parmesan cheese, and a luscious cream sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy weekends, this easy pasta dish is family-friendly and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

12 oz penne or rotini pasta

1 cup chicken broth

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

5. Lower the heat and add parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

6. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce and heat through.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

This pasta is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored up to 4 days.

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best melting and flavor.

You can substitute chicken thighs or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
