Ingredients
3 large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
1. Peel and slice the russet potatoes into even sticks.
2. Place sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water and soak for at least 30 minutes to remove starch.
3. Drain the potatoes and pat dry thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel.
4. In a bowl, toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, and optional garlic powder and paprika.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
