Description

This Golden Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Linguine recipe combines juicy pan-seared chicken in a rich garlic butter sauce over velvety Parmesan linguine. It’s a comforting, easy dinner idea perfect for weeknights or special occasions. Ideal for garlic chicken pasta lovers craving flavor-packed creamy pasta recipes.

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces linguine pasta

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.

3. Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water and drain.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened, adding reserved pasta water as needed.

6. Toss in drained linguine and stir to coat in sauce.

7. Slice rested chicken and place over pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melting.

Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.

Chicken thighs add more flavor than breasts, if preferred.
