500g chicken thighs
150g plain yogurt

250g tomato puree
150ml heavy cream
2 tbsp butter

Instructions
1. Combine plain yogurt, garlic, ginger, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Add chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces), coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until charred and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.
4. In a large pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
5. Stir in tomato puree, garam masala, cumin, and coriander. Cook until thickened.
6. Add heavy cream and simmer until the sauce is rich and smooth.
7. Add cooked chicken to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to combine flavors.
