Ingredients
1 ½ pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Grill or sear the chicken pieces for about 3–4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Set aside.
5. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
7. Add grated Parmesan and mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
8. Return the chicken to the pan and stir to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
