Ingredients
3 cups frozen cherries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them for easy blending.
2. Add the frozen cherries, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and optional vanilla extract to a high-speed blender or food processor.
3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lemon juice, if desired.
5. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer consistency.
Notes
If your blender struggles, let the cherries thaw for 5 minutes before blending.
You can replace honey with maple syrup or agave for a vegan version.
Stir in chopped dark chocolate or almonds before freezing for extra texture.
