Ingredients
2 pounds beef chuck roast

3 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup cold water
3/4 cup sour cream
12 ounces egg noodles
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Sear the beef in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.
2. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker and add onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
3. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
