Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup dill pickle slices
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard to make the special sauce.
3. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
4. Spread special sauce over each tortilla. Layer with shredded lettuce, pickle slices, cooked ground beef, and shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly into a burrito shape.
6. Place seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
7. Slice and serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a lighter version.
Warming the tortillas first prevents tearing during assembly.
Customize the wrap by adding tomatoes, onions, or jalapeños.
