Description

This Homemade Fruit Salad is the ultimate healthy and refreshing side dish packed with strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, and citrus. Perfect for summer gatherings, brunches, or as a light dessert. Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and kid-friendly, with a zesty honey-lime dressing that elevates every bite.


Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup red grapes, halved

2 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup mandarin orange segments

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest


Instructions

1. Wash and prepare all the fruit: hull and halve strawberries, peel and slice kiwi, cube the pineapple, and halve grapes if large.

2. If using canned mandarin oranges, drain them well before adding.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest to make the dressing.

4. Add all the prepared fruit to a large serving bowl.

5. Drizzle the citrus dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.

6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

7. Serve chilled and enjoy fresh for best taste.
