Ingredients
1 tube crescent roll dough
8 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 pound breakfast sausage
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
¼ cup diced onion (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the dish, sealing any seams.
3. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
5. Spread the sausage evenly over the crescent roll dough.
6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top of the sausage.
