Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup cold water
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, Parmesan, and chopped rosemary. Mix well to evenly distribute.
2. Add the olive oil and stir until the mixture starts forming clumps.
3. Gradually add cold water while mixing until a firm, smooth dough forms.
4. Divide dough in half and roll each portion thin between parchment paper sheets.
5. Cut dough into squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
6. Transfer parchment to baking sheets.
7. Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
8. Cool on a wire rack completely before storing.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
The thinner the dough is rolled, the crispier your crackers will be.
Feel free to swap rosemary for thyme or a pinch of garlic powder.
