1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

6. Serve hot over rice or noodles and garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
This recipe works great with frozen broccoliโjust thaw and drain well.
You can substitute tamari for soy sauce to make it gluten-free.
Add chili flakes or sriracha if you want a spicy kick.
