Description

This Hot Chili Cream Cheese Dip is the ultimate party appetizer made with cream cheese, hearty chili, and gooey cheddar. Perfect for game days and quick gatherings, this easy dip recipe is spicy, cheesy, and always a crowd favorite. Serve it hot with chips or bread and watch it disappear fast!


Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese

1 can (15 oz) chili (with or without beans)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Tortilla chips or bread slices (for serving)


Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature, then spread it evenly into the bottom of a small baking dish.

2. Spoon the chili over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out gently.

3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, making sure it’s well covered.

4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is fully melted.

5. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.

6. Serve hot with tortilla chips or toasted bread.

Notes

This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.

For extra spice, use chili with hot green chilies or add sliced jalapeños on top.
