Description

This Hot Honey Cajun Chicken Alfredo with Basil Feta Swirl and Crispy Brussels Chips recipe is a bold twist on classic Alfredo, loaded with spicy Cajun chicken, sweet hot honey, a tangy feta basil swirl, and crunchy Brussels chips. A flavorful pasta recipe perfect for dinner nights, with a rich creamy sauce and exciting textures.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or thighs

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons hot honey

1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Let rest and slice thinly.

3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sliced Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15–20 minutes until crisp.

4. In a saucepan, melt butter and cook minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Blend feta with basil leaves and a splash of warm cream until smooth. Swirl into Alfredo sauce.

6. Cook fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain.

7. Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce, using reserved water to loosen if needed.

8. Plate pasta, top with Cajun chicken, drizzle hot honey, and garnish with Brussels chips and fresh basil.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for a juicier bite.

Adjust hot honey based on heat preference.

Make Brussels chips in an air fryer for extra crispness.
