Description

Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Bites & Cajun Alfredo with Crispy Broccoli Twists is a bold and comforting dinner recipe featuring crispy chicken tossed in a sweet-spicy glaze, creamy Cajun Alfredo pasta, and oven-roasted broccoli spirals. A perfect weeknight meal with flavors everyone will love!

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 eggs

1/3 cup hot honey

3 cloves minced garlic

2 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

2 broccoli stalks, peeled and spiraled

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks. Whisk eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne.

2. Dip chicken pieces into the egg, then dredge in flour mixture until coated.

3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in hot honey and simmer for 1 minute. Add chicken and toss to coat.

5. In a separate pan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thick. Add Parmesan and Cajun seasoning. Stir until smooth.

6. Cook pasta in salted water. Drain and toss with Cajun Alfredo sauce.

7. Peel and spiral broccoli stalks. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast at 425°F for 15–20 minutes until crispy.

8. Plate pasta, top with hot honey chicken bites, and serve with crispy broccoli twists.

Notes

This dish is best served immediately to enjoy the textures at their peak.

Broccoli stalks make perfect crunchy spirals—don’t throw them away.

Adjust cayenne and Cajun seasoning based on how much heat you want.
