Ingredients
1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup melted butter
6 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix by combining it with water, melted butter, and included seasoning packet as directed. Spread in the bottom of the dish.
3. Sprinkle the cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions evenly over the biscuit layer.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth. Pour over the biscuit mixture.
5. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
Use sausage or ham instead of bacon for variety.
