Ingredients
1 lb carrots
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Peel the carrots and slice them into even sticks or use baby carrots.
3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper.
